inconvenient ice machine small gym
I wasn't thrilled about a couple things. the ice machine on my floor was out of service. I had to go to another floor for ice, it was inconvenient. also, the gym was small, it only had a couple of treadmills and some free weights, i expected more equipment. the room service was very slow, one day it took almost an hour to get a simple order of fries.

amazing stay NEAR parks
easy walk clean rooms
The hotel is very close to the park entrances. It is an easy walk. The hotel was busy with families visiting the park but it still felt quiet. The rooms are clean.
The walls are thin and I could hear conversations from adjoining rooms. The nights are uncomfortable. It is a shame for such a good location.

The staff were friendly, VERY helpful and generous when we asked for more toiletry items. Coffee IS provided in the mornings in the lobby. Infused water is available during the day and popcorn in the afternoons.
